Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at jessica@inspiringflow.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card) within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
